Share your logo, text, or artwork via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files.

Our team prepares and optimizes your artwork for engraving in SVG format. A one-time setup fee applies for new designs. Once set up, your file is saved for all future orders at no additional cost.

Proof Approval
We send you a digital proof showing placement, sizing, and layout before any engraving begins. Production only starts after your written approval.

What is the minimum order quantity for laser engraving?
At Ink Bomb Society, we have no minimum order quantity for laser engraving. We are happy to accommodate single-item orders for individuals as well as large bulk orders for businesses. Pricing per unit becomes more economical at higher quantities. Contact us for bulk pricing details.
What file formats do you accept for laser engraving?
SVG is our standard file format for laser engraving. We also accept other vector formats including AI, EPS, and PDF. Raster image files such as JPG and PNG cannot be used directly for engraving and will need to be converted to a vector format first. This conversion is included as part of our one-time file setup service. Once your file is set up, it is saved and used for all future engraving orders at no additional setup cost.
How long does a laser engraving order take to complete?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from proof approval, depending on order size and complexity. Rush service is available for an additional fee for time-sensitive orders. Large volume orders may require additional production time. Contact us to discuss your deadline.
Can I supply my own items to be engraved?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied items for laser engraving on select materials. Please contact us before sending items to confirm material compatibility. We cannot guarantee results on materials that have not been verified as laser-safe, and a quality check will be performed before proceeding.
Do you offer design services if I don't have a logo or artwork?
Yes. If you don’t have a ready design, our team can help. We offer basic layout assistance as part of your order for simple text and logo arrangements. For more complex custom design work, additional design service fees may apply. Contact us to discuss your project before ordering.
What materials can you laser engrave?
We engrave stainless steel tumblers, powder-coated drinkware, glass, crystal, wood, bamboo, leather, acrylic, anodized aluminum, and specialty coated items. If you have a material not listed here, contact us as we may still be able to accommodate your request after a compatibility check.
Do you ship laser engraved orders across Canada?
Yes, we ship Canada-wide. Local customers in Woodbridge, Vaughan, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, and surrounding GTA areas are also welcome to pick up orders directly at our location at 7600 Hwy 27 Unit 3, Woodbridge, ON.
Is a setup fee required for my logo?
If your logo is not already in a vector file format (such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF), a one-time setup fee is typically required, and often recommended, so it can be engraved with clean, accurate lines. If a vector file is not available, we offer vector conversion services starting at $25. Items using text set in one of our stock fonts do not require this additional charge.
