About US

Premium Embroidery for Toronto Businesses & Teams

We work with clothing brands, restaurants, corporate teams, nonprofits, sports clubs, and everyone in between out of our facility in Woodbridge, just outside Toronto. If you need embroidered apparel in Toronto that looks polished and holds up long-term, this is where you start.

From a single custom cap to a 500-piece corporate uniform run, every job goes through the same process: in-house digitizing, a physical sample for your approval, and production on multi-head machinery built for consistency.

Why Embroidery

What Sets It Apart

  • Thread stitched directly into the fabric, not printed on top
  • Does not crack, fade, or peel over time
  • Textured, dimensional finish that signals premium quality
  • Works on cotton, polyester, fleece, twill, canvas, and most blended fabrics
  • Identical results across every item in a production run
  • Ideal for logos, caps, corporate workwear, and team uniforms

The Basics

What Is Embroidery?

A decoration method that becomes part of the garment itself.

Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric with thread, using a machine to stitch your design directly into the garment. Unlike printed graphics that sit on top of the surface, embroidery becomes part of the fabric itself. The result is a textured, premium finish that communicates quality at a glance.

It is the decoration method of choice for logos on polos and dress shirts, structured hats and caps, branded jackets, and any application where longevity and professionalism are priorities. Done right, it outlasts the garment.

When to Choose Embroidery

When to Choose Embroidery Over Other Methods

Long-lasting decoration for commercial laundering

Structured items like caps, bags, or heavy outerwear

Logo work that needs to read as established and professional

Corporate uniforms requiring consistency across a large team

What We Offer

Custom Embroidery Services in Toronto

Every type of embroidery project, handled in-house with dedicated equipment and expert digitizing.

Logo Embroidery

Your company logo stitched onto polos, dress shirts, jackets, or workwear. We handle the digitizing in-house so your artwork translates cleanly to thread, even with tight lettering or multiple brand colours.

Cap & Hat Embroidery

Hats require specialized equipment and careful digitizing. Our cap embroidery setup is built for curved surfaces and structured panels, which means cleaner stitching and a result that looks intentional.

Corporate Apparel

From 10 polos for a trade show to 200 uniforms for a seasonal staff rollout, we scale to fit the project. We carry premium garment brands and can also embroider customer-supplied items.

Team & Sports Uniforms

Sports organizations throughout Toronto and the GTA come to us for embroidered jerseys, training gear, and branded warm-up jackets. We support up to 15 thread colours so team crests and detailed logos are not a problem.

3D Puff Embroidery

For brands that want a bold, raised look, 3D puff creates a dimensional effect by stitching over a foam backing. Popular on structured caps and gives a premium aesthetic that flat embroidery cannot replicate.

Promotional & Event Apparel

Custom embroidered merch for conferences, product launches, and branded giveaways. No minimum order means you can produce exactly what you need without committing to inventory you do not want.

The Value

Why Embroidered Apparel Holds Its Value

Embroidery is an investment that pays off. The returns show up in longevity, perceived quality, and consistency across every item.

Durability That Outlasts the Garment

Stitched thread does not crack or wash away. An embroidered logo will look the same after 100 washes as it did on day one.

A Premium First Impression

Embroidery communicates quality in a way that screen printing and transfers do not. It registers as something substantial from the moment it is held.

Consistent Results at Scale

Once your design is digitized and approved, every item off the machine looks identical. No colour variation or application inconsistency across your run.

Why Choose Us

Why Toronto Businesses Choose Ink Bomb Society

There are a lot of embroidery options out there. Here is what makes us different for clients in Toronto and the surrounding area.

1

In-House Digitizing

We control the quality of the stitch file rather than outsourcing it, which matters when your logo has fine lines, tight lettering, or multiple colours. A badly digitized file produces embroidery that looks nothing like the original artwork.

2

No Minimum Order

A single custom-embroidered item, a small run of 10 hats, or 500 corporate uniforms, all treated with the same care. You are not forced into a large order just to get through the door.

3

Physical Sample Approval

Before we commit to producing your entire order, you see and approve a physical sample. If something needs adjustment, we fix it before it affects your whole job. No surprises.

4

Rush Services Available

Events, trade shows, and last-minute orders happen. We accommodate faster turnarounds for an additional fee, so a tight deadline does not mean you are left without options.

Areas We Serve

How It Works

How the Embroidery Process Works

From your first message to your finished order, here is what to expect.
1

Tell Us About Your Project

Share your design, garment preferences, quantity, and timeline. We go over the details and make sure we understand exactly what you need before anything moves forward.

2

Design Digitizing

Your artwork is converted into an embroidery-ready stitch file by our in-house team. We optimize it for the specific fabric and placement you have chosen.

3

Sample Approval

We produce a physical sample for your review. You approve the stitch quality, colour accuracy, and placement before we begin the full production run.

4

Production

Your order goes into production on our multi-head embroidery machines. We monitor quality throughout to make sure every item meets the same standard as the approved sample.

5

Quality Check

Every finished item is inspected before packaging. Stitch quality, colour accuracy, and overall finish are reviewed on every piece before it leaves our facility.

6

Delivery or Pickup

Your order is carefully packaged and shipped to your location, or held for pickup at our Woodbridge facility, whichever works best for you.
