Temperature Settings
Cotton Materials: 285°F (140°C)
Polyester Materials: 265-275°F (130-135°C)
Ensure your heat press is fully preheated and that your garment is flat and free of wrinkles before application.
Position & Press
Place your DTF transfer design-side down on your garment in the desired location.
Apply medium-high pressure for 10-15 seconds, adjusting based on your specific heat press model and material thickness.
Hot Peel Technology
Our DTF transfers are designed for hot peel application. After pressing, allow the transfer to cool for just 2-3 seconds, then peel the carrier sheet in one smooth, continuous motion.
For optimal results, follow with a second 5-second press using a protective sheet (parchment paper or Teflon) to ensure complete adhesion.
