Setup Requirements
1 File Format
Submit files in PDF, AI, PSD, or EPS format. High-resolution (300 DPI) for best results
2 Bleed Area
Include 0.125″ bleed on all sides. keep important elements 0.25″ from edges.
3 Color Mode
Use CMYK color mode for all print materials. Convert RGB Images to CMYK before submission.

Yes, we offer professional design services for all our print products. Our experienced graphic designers can create custom designs from scratch or work with your existing concepts. Design services are priced separately, and quotes are provided after an initial consultation.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept the following print-ready file formats:

For best results, we recommend 300 DPI resolution files with fonts converted to outlines/paths and colors in CMYK mode.
What is the minimum order quantity for promotional products?
For the majority of our product offerings, we do not enforce a minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, certain items such as business cards, flyers, and brochures typically have a minimum order of 250 units, though this is subject to variation depending on the specific product. We encourage you to contact us directly should you have inquiries regarding quantities below 250 for these items. For other products, including mugs, banners, and coroplast signs, we can accommodate orders as low as a single unit, if required. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.
Do you offer rush services for urgent print jobs?
Yes, we offer rush services for time-sensitive projects. Rush options include:
- 24-hour turnaround (subject to availability)
- 48-hour turnaround
- 72-hour turnaround

How do I prepare my artwork for printing?

What is your reprint policy?
We stand behind our quality. If your print products arrive with manufacturing defects or do not match the approved proof, we’ll reprint your order at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that reprints due to client-provided errors (typos, low-resolution images, etc.) will incur standard printing cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to locations worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
